Infinix has launched the Zero 30 5G, a selfie-centric smartphone, at a glamorous event in Venice, Italy, coinciding with the Venice International Film Festival. The standout feature is its 50 MP front camera, capable of 4K video recording and integrated flash.

Under the hood, it packs MediaTek’s Dimensity 8020 chipset with an octa-core CPU, 8GB or 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of non-expandable storage.

On the back, it houses a triple-camera setup featuring a notable 108 MP Samsung sensor, a 13 MP ultrawide camera, and a 2 MP sensor for numbers. The circular flash, called Aura Light, comprises four LEDs.

The front camera also uses a Samsung sensor and includes a built-in flash in the tiny bezel above the screen.

To celebrate its launch, Infinix organized the Mobile Vlog Awards (MVA) to showcase the phone’s vlogging capabilities.

The device boasts a 6.78″ AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 360 Hz sampling rate, with curved sides for a premium feel. The phone comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and 68W of fast charging via USB-C.

The Infinix Zero 30 5G comes in three captivating colors: Golden Hour, Rome Green with vegan leather, and Fantasy Purple. The expected price for this smartphone is around TZS 880,000 ($339), with regional variations in pricing and availability to be confirmed later.
